i might have the solution to both of your problems. My name is Sensei Marcus Hinschberger, and I am the owner of Tokon Martial Arts. Some considered me as an authority when it comes to self-development for children and self-development for adults.
I have taught thousands of students around the globe how to set goals, and accomplish them. I teach how to gain more confidence and higher self-esteem. I get students to increase their focus, have more grit and learn how to persevere. I began practicing Shotokan Karate in the 80's and (unfortunately) went on a long break in the 90's. As it turned out, the break was too long. It took me a while to get started again. Mainly because I was not able to find a Dojo that matched my expectations. Well, to make it short: I found it in Tokon!!! Sensei Christina and Sensei Marcus, the owners of Tokon Martial Arts, are great.
