This session is open to practitioners of all ranks and will emphasize the fundamentals, refinement, and application of the Heian kata series.
Advanced Class (Brown & Black Belts)

Focus: Sentei Katas
Designed for brown and black belts, this advanced training will focus on the technical precision, performance, and deeper understanding of the ISKF Sentei kata curriculum.
The seminar is hosted by Sensei Marcus and Sensei Christina Hinschberger, 6th Dan, and offers an excellent opportunity to train under the guidance of one of the ISKF's senior instructors while deepening your technical knowledge and sharpening your kata.
